Team
People are at the core of Drive's investment strategy, and Annie helped scale Drive's talent network by working with founders to attract the very best teams. Prior to Drive, Annie worked closely with founders at Silicon Valley Bank and Techstars.
Prior to Drive, Mark spent several years on the front lines of a Product & Engineering hiring surge at Olive, which he helped grow to over 1,400 FTE in less than 18 months.
Cara comes to Drive from Russell Tobin, where she scaled teams for startups and large enterprises, including Carta, Bonobos, Warner Media, and The New York Times. An educator at heart, Cara began her career in talent at Teach for America.
Maria has spent her career working to scale Engineering teams at multiple tech startups including Root Inc. and CoverMyMeds. Prior to joining the team at Drive, she was responsible for growing the Engineering teams at the startup Vouch Insurance.
